Unauthorised parking

An owner wished to highlight this issue to those concerned and hope that in return, the problem will be solved.

As we know, most of us got the parking lot at level 2 and above. Unless, we purchased an addition lot, we have to climb up to the level everyday. So some owner choose to park their car anyway they think is convenient to them. This has create problem to the owner of the parking lot. Normally, security guard will be called to settled this issue.

So a friendly reminder to all, please make sure you parked your car at the right lot. If you came in as visitor, please drive to level 4 for the visitor parking lot.

For level G, 1 and 2 owners, just be patient for few more months. The new entrance for the multi storey car park building will soon benefit all of us. It will ease up the entering and exiting of the building.

Look up more information on the new entrance to the multi storey building here.

Will owner of Green Proton Iswara Reg QKL3626 remove his/her vehicle from my parking lot. It has been months if not weeks.
If anyone knows the which unit the owner of the car above is staying at, kindly inform me by posting it here. Thank you.

Did the management office helps you to identify the owner of the car?

The security never clamp the car at all?

Security has clamped the car at my request but it has been 1 week already. Management has not been able to help me identify who owns the car. I just only noticed that the registration of the car has expired in Nov 2008. Perhaps it has been abandoned?

Not sure if its legally applicable to engage a car-towing operator to remove the car from your lot.

Im an owner of block C and currently renting in block B. I just couldnt believe my eyes that the occupants (or God knows who they are) simply parking at people's lot including mine. Despite my numerous complains to the management office, no action was taken! damn!

The Management has promised to tow the offending vehicle out of my parking lot by 17 April 2009. We shall see if they can keep their promise.
Turnip, you should insist management to clamp those vehicles and cause them great inconvenience. It didnt work in my case as the car seems abandoned.

The offending vehicle has moved or has been moved to another parking lot. This issue has finally been resolved.

I saw a NIssan Skyline getting clamped at Block A's carpark. Wondering if CV is a dumping ground for these high end cars! haha!!!!

Later on, the car parked at the LG multistorey car park building. I think the owner does not has any car park lot. I think we have to put a stop to this. No access card, no entry. Unless registered as visitor.

May I ask what is the current procedure for the guards to let visitors in?
Do they record down the name of person, reg number and make of the car, time and date of entry and which unit they are visiting? Those shd be the minimum info recorded.

Yes, definitely taking down visitor particular is part of the procedure. But we do noticed they're certain guards lacked in doing the verification of the visitors before allow them to enter CV.
