Good day to everyone. Actually i'd plan to to post a write up right after the meeting yesterday. But, i was rushing back to work and cant accessed to internet the whole day. So were the delayed.
Something unexpected happening yesterday and it was totally surprised me. For those who cant make it to the meeting, i would like to inform that, the committee members of JMB for session 2009/2010 were elected. And, I was actually elected as the secretary of the JMB. Thanks to those voted for me and putting their confidence and trust in me. But, seriously a huge responsibility on my shoulder now.
I'm starting to work now. First let me compile all the members profile's information and post it here so you all will know who are the committee members. Please stay connected for the next few days.
During the meeting, we managed to bring up and discused few issues. Because due to time constraint, we cant addressed all the issues. Therefore, we had come out with the suggestion where, all the owners are encouraged to file the complaint. You can either do it by putting your complaint form to the suggestion box in front of the management office or you may email to me. Kindly do it before end of this month.
Last but not the least, again , thanks to those presence and putting their trust on us. We'll do our best to ensure Changkat View Condo always stay in tip top condition.

First off, congrats and also commiserations on such a task ahead. Obviously there are many issues brought up, and a suggestion is not to try to tackle everything at once, perhaps address a key issues first (perhaps even put up a poll if you need feedback on what those may be), and get them implemented fast. Such as those in your previously posted list. Security issue etc.
Also in regards to the lowering of service charges, of course I wish lower fees (who doesn't), but not at the expense of the facilities. Have a good look at the accounts, runnings costs etc before looking at reducing the fees. Because once down, getting them raised (if they need to be raised) will be difficult. You have a big task ahead (the JMC), but if you need help, then call out to the other CV owners (whom where and were not elected) via this platform, and perhaps ppl here can help if required.
ps. please post any minutes of JMC meetings here if possible. Thanks.
really wish that i could join the meeting but unfortunately i was in malacca handling some last minute stuffs. Please keep us updated for the JMC meetings. Will try my very best to come for the next one
