Dear Block C owners,
Yes, the letter for VP is out. Now, you may start follow up with your respective bank on the final disbursement. For the lucky one without balance of the payment may get the key earlier. You may check with the developer for further information via this no 03 62011593.
Finally, after so much delayed on this. I hope you guys may start plan for your reno work and move in. Remember, it may takes up to a month to rectify your defects in your unit. So, plan wisely especially the time since you still need to depend on the developer to carry out the rectification work on the defects.
Hopefully, the AGM will follow suits.

may i know the different btw VP & CF? SInce VP is out, is this means that we can move in after the defect checking?

may i know if i would like to raise a complaint to the higher management on the staff of the developer? Which contact number should i call? I m very upset on the service that provided by the lady staff in the developer's office. She was being very rude and inefficient and i dont think this kind of people is deserve in service line.
I would really appreciate if you could let me know how to contact the senior management rather then just call to the developer office.

Am excited bcoz I can collect the house key by next Tuesday. Already make an appointment with contractor to do quotation for minor renovation.

Maybe can get a second quotation frm other contractor. Price wise it is more competitive now.
Got my keys last Thursday.
Am disappointed with the workmanship. Especially for the windows and glass doors. Then there's the terrible paint job with splatters all over adjacent tiles/window frames. Then there's the terrible tile gaps fill up job. Sigh....
