Have u guys noticed, there's this group of foreigner "lepaking" almost every night near the entrance of the multi storey parking building in between block B and block C. I think this has created an issues where the safety of the residents particularly the female are at risk.
I'm not sure how serious is this problem as I only received a concerned owner highlighted this issues to me. So, you guys felt threaten by this group of people?
Maybe there're the construction workers working in Block D but isn't it the non resident are not suppose to be within the Changkat View Condo's compound/premise.

altho I dont know if these are the same foreigns, there are number of foreigns that are actually residents (renting) at CV. I see in block A that a group mamak workers are staying there (not sure how many in total, but got a few beds in the living room area)... so if they are residents what to do?
i read from the house rules that any houseowner who wish to rent out their unit is supposed to report to the management particulars of the tenants, for eg, names, duration of rent, etc. The houseowner should also report to the management should there be any change to the tenant. I think the rationale of the rule is for a better security for all residents. Hence, would really appreciate the houseowner who wish to rent out their respective unit, PLEASE abide the houserule and do the necessary to ensure the residents of CV have a secured stay.

well, we can't blame the mamak workers who stay there as long as they abide the rules. but non-residents should not be loitering around.
Im in block A, so far those mamak guys and ladies are a peaceful bunch, they just go work, go back, sleep,go out work again without causing much issues....besides, they cook good tasting food, u guys should try it ya:)
