At the moment, the installation of both phone and broadband in block D still pending. This is due to insufficient no of applicant that needed to install a point in block D. Therefore, it is advisable owners of block D unit to fill up the form from management office and proceed with the application asap. Any comment kindly refer with the management office.

Proposed new high rise condominium in Dutamas

I'm sure most of you heard about reputable developer owning plot of land around this area. Indeed, it is quite true since there're few proposal on the building of high rise and expensive condo which proposed to take place by end of this year.

1) Project A with total of 400++ units
2) Project B with total of 300++ units

Anyhow, all the request still subject for approval by DBKL since the project will increase the density to 350 and 375 persons per acre in this area. And we know that the existing road acess is definitely will not able to cater the increasing no of traffic flow in months to come.

I do hope that DBKL can really take in the consideration the issue raised by resident in Dutamas and come up with a win-win solution for both developer and resident. Hopefully our MP of Segambut will do his bit in giving more pressure to the relevant agency to facilitate the issue here.

But anyhow, it is not doubt the hidden gems of Dutamas will be uncovered soon. Stay tune for more updates!

Post AGM results

This year saw lesser owners register as voter. This could be due to government school holiday and Father's day celebration which ended on Sunday. Anyhow, those presence carried out their duty well and thanks to those volunteer who stands for the committee members.

Committee members for session 2010/2011, consists of owners from unit of block A, B , C and D which is the ideal distribution whereby each block was represented by the resident of the block. There're total of 10 members were choosen during the AGM but it is proposed that to have 12 members. This new team is lead by Mr Ajitpal Singh who was the previous treasurer on session 2009/2010. The selection of the treasurer and secretary will be further discussed internally and will be made public soon.

Last but not the least, let's wish them the best of luck and hope all residents work hand in hand and together we create a better environment to live in.

New look for visitor's car park

Mr Suthagar and his gang decided to give a new coat of paint on the visitor's car park lot located on level 4. With this red color coat, visitors will not have difficulty identify the right car park lot and could differentiate it from the other owner's car park lot.
Remember, do tell your visitor to park at the right one. Or simply just tell is the red one.

Blocked View New View

I'm sure all of you aware this project located next to the government school by developer Mah Sing. The indicative price starts from almost double the price psf of CV. Investment by reputable developer in this Dutamas area is definitely a good start up to make this area more vibrant.

But i want to stress that the exact location of the luxury condo on the plot of land very likely will make the high tension cable almost invisible. I took this photo from balcony and i cant wait to see the project to start anytime soon. To add on, we're getting a waterfront resorts and towns of Mediterranean view. Not Bad!

Organization Chart for Security Guards

Above chart shows the list of security guards on duty in Changkat View Condo. All of them are Nepalese except the post for supervisor.They look pretty tough and very strict in conducting their responsibility but they can be quite friendly too. They're able to converse in english and some of them speak BM too.

One thing to note, there's a slight change to the post of supervisor and a updated list will be posted later on. Save this no: Guard House: 0123170683, I'm sure you need it.

Some updates

Lately, no much info posted here. My scheduled is quite packed. Anyhow, fyi, the next AGM is scheduled on 20 June 2010. Look up for the notice in your mail box. More information will be available and some updates will put up on the notice board.

We're actually finalizing all the paper work which include the account. We need at least 2 meeting for the preparation. Make sure all the relevant info and document pass over to the next JMB.

Survey Form

A survey form was sent to every unit. Please locate it when you enter the main entrance of your unit. JMC is conducting a survey with regards to the recent plan on the installation of perspex for block B lift and panel for block A.

Kindly pen down your thought on the work done and put into the suggestion box located at your respective lift lobby or send directly to management office before 17th May 2010.
