New upgrades in Changkat View

For those who have not been following up with the latest development, here are the updates:

1) Installation of centralised water filter by BACFREE- Done
2) Finalizing the installation of CCTV in all lifts.- In the process
3) Changing of cafe operator- In the process
4) Light up the water fountain-Done
5) Installation of speed bump near multistorey car park entrance and covered walkway to Block C- In the process

All the on-going project are for the benefits of all owners and residents particularly to improve the security and betterment of living condition. For your information, the main project 1) and 2) had been tabled in the last Annual General Meeting and owners who presence supported the plans. We have take in consideration of the cost via benefit hence the execution which actually took month to carry out.

We hope that with this upgrading works, the values of Changkat View Condo will increase tremendously in the near future. There're few other plans such as access card in the lift and glass door panel at the main lobby block also were highlighted during the meeting. But more detailed study should be carry out first before we commit as the budget involved is quite big sum.

Anyhow, we still welcoming more ideas and plan to further improve the existing living condition and facilities in Changkat View Condo. Till more updates from us, have a great staying in Changkat View Condo!

3. INSTALLATION OF LIFT CCTV SYSTEM

Those who are interested to participate are requested to collect personally the tender document from the Management Office during operation hours.

New Fountain at Changkat View Condo

I managed to capture few photos of the new designed round-about fountain located at the Changkat View Condo. I did not received much info on the make-over but few residents have since expressed their opinions on the purpose of the project. Probably JMB should clarify in details on the expenses to the residents.

Personally, I do think its actually replacing the old boring looking piece of architecture. Anyhow, make a stroll around it and feel the dramatic effect of the water jet into the air.

Additional Car Park Bay for Visitors

Finally, the proposed plan to allocate more car park bay for visitors is gonna to take place very soon. With recent announcement by the JMB, there will be an extra 38 visitors parking bay located at LG and LGA of the car park podium.

Starting 1st April 2011,  there will be total of 80 bays special allocated for visitors at level LG, LGA, 4 and 4A. There're also few bays located near the guard house/ block A.

I'm sure there's definitely a good news especially for those who has frequent visitors as well as those prefer short walking distance to the residential blocks.

Pedestrian Walkway Gate at Main entrance

After the long wait, the plan of installing the pedestrian walkway gate is finally up. With the CCTV installation recently, JMB had gone further in improving the security of Changkat View Condo. For your information, this gate is locked and only can be opened by the security personnel. So guess what, all residents/owners (pedestrian) are supposed to bring their resident card along when entering/exiting the main entrance. Be prepared to be checked by the security personnel. 

And all walk in visitors will be registered before they're allow to enter through the gate. Again, kudos to JMB of Changkat View Condo for their hardworks!

CCTV installed at entrance

It has been a while i post up updates on CV. Few days ago, i made trip around CV and took this photos. For the extra security in Changkat View condo, few extra CCTV had installed and are in function. I think the purpose is obvious whereby all drivers will be captured by the CCTV when entering CV compound. 

And bear in mind, as for now, the left lane is meant for residents and right lane is for visitors.

New look for visitor's car park

Mr Suthagar and his gang decided to give a new coat of paint on the visitor's car park lot located on level 4. With this red color coat, visitors will not have difficulty identify the right car park lot and could differentiate it from the other owner's car park lot.
Remember, do tell your visitor to park at the right one. Or simply just tell is the red one.

Pedestrian walkway

All residents and walk in visitors are supposed to use the walkway located on the right side of the guard house with direction going in. All others way of entry of strongly not allowed. We're in the process of planning to modify the way of visitors registration. At the moment, there's not proper location for the said purposes.

Until the plan is materialized, please be reminder the right way of entry through the guard house.  

Second outdoor bench

Second outdoor bench already put in place. Now at least 2 different group of residents can BBQing with proper facilities provided.

We plan to lease out the room we used for JMB meeting. It is located in front of the prayer room near the ladies at the pool side. Based on the size of the room which comes with attached bathroom, any activities which does not required big space like hair salon, private tuition, tailor shop and etc are suitable. The size is approximately 400sf. As for our monthly JMB meeting, we'll use the smaller room next to it.

Comes with your proposal and we'll work thing out! 

Perspex for lift button

Vandalism is one of the issue that never goes ending. To combat this activities, a perspex was installed at lift in Block B. The missing button will be replaced next week.

Road hump laid

As you can see, these 2 road humps (at the exit of the multistorey car park) were up yesterday. I'm sure this will deter to those who like to speed within the CV compound.

Proper Signage is up

It was fixed yesterday and the size i think is big enough that you cant miss. Remember, visitors have to use the right lane which nearer to the guard house. For residents with valid access card, is left but you may want to use the right lane too in case it is too congested at certain point of time. Next upgrading work will be the road hump along the road from the second exit at car park building all the way to guard house.

Access Card Reader Device

The device is already up and running well at the main entrance. Only thing that pending is the proper signage. Maybe owners not awared that actually we're allowed to enter using both lane. The existing reader at the left lane will be permanent.

And visitors are supposed to use the right lane. Let's wait untill end of this week to see everything done properly.

BBQ pit

Proper dividers were up to ensure safety of the users. And can you can noticed a wooden picnic table at the center? I'm sure you can enjoy much bbq-ing now.

I'm sure u guys notice the work being done at all level for the past few week. Work resumed after long holiday and the contractor will finish the last part of the work, which is the level LG. Will post up photo after the completion.

Convex mirror

Part of the upgrading works,the convex is finally up. I'm still encouraged driver to be careful when driving up the ramp. It is mainly due to human mistake that casues many avoidable incident. So be considerate.
