Status of intercom system

Updated 2.4.2010!

Quite a no of units were detected having still a faulty intercom. Mr Suthagar will identify the units and forward to developer for further action. For those unit with failed system, kindly contact management office.


Latest news from developer:

Changkat View Condo intercom system on all four blocks is now in order. The system are tested with both way communication twice on 23/3/2010 on block C & D and 30/3/2010 on Block A & B . It is witnessed by Raine & Horne Mr. Suthagar.


Anyhow, units intercom still persist with problem, kindly inform management office to log a compliant.

Intercom for block B is up again.

As for now, the contractor managed to bring up the intercom for Block B back to functioning. We got to observe whether this rectification is permanent. Till then, you may start calling the guard house instead of running down to the entrance.

For your information, intercom system for all block are currently disabled. Management had notified the company for rectification work. Notice will be up once the system is back to function.

Block B intercom

Especially block B owners,

Block B intercom system is back to function well. But for those who still owned the faulty intercom, kindly contact management office before 23rd October for rectification.

Intercom system for block A

Calling for block A owners. If your intercom system still not functional, kindly inform management office. the intercom system in Block A should be fully functional by now after the contractor fixed it.

For Block B owners, I just received information from management office saying that the contractor is coming this saturday to fix the intercom system. So, please bear for few more days.

Appointment for intercom rectification full

Just got the news that the appointment for this saturday is full. There are 12 units will had their faulty intercom serviced.

For those who had earlier submit your name but was not in the list this week have to wait for the next apointment. Certainly is very frustrating especially this issue have been dragging for quite sometimes.

The date will announce soon and you will be notified by them.

Reappointment for faulty Intercom repairment

Owners with faulty intercom,kindly contact the management office for making new appointment before 26th Feb 2009. The scheduled date for the repairment is on 28th Feb 2009.

The contractor cant make it for today. So, for those who had made the appointment with the management for today must be so frustrated just like me. We just have to wait...

Reappointment to rectify faulty intercom

For those who missed the earlier appointment may do so again. Please made appointment at the management office before 15.1.09.

They will rectify your faulty intercom on 17.1.09 between 9am to 5pm.
