A survey form was sent to every unit. Please locate it when you enter the main entrance of your unit. JMC is conducting a survey with regards to the recent plan on the installation of perspex for block B lift and panel for block A.

Kindly pen down your thought on the work done and put into the suggestion box located at your respective lift lobby or send directly to management office before 17th May 2010.

Repairing Of Intercom System

Reminder:

I'm sure all residents should have received the notification form for the repairing of intercom system. Management office is in the process of getting the suitable time from resident to allow contractor to access your unit. Kindly fill up the form and return to the suggestion box located at your respective block or straight to the management office. You will be notified on the confirmed appointment before May 15th 2010.

User registration

I check through my forum database and screen through the inactive users list. There's one user called view_rance which registered on April 17th with email of view_rance@yahool.com.I supposed if user enters the wrong email, hence forummer cant receives the verification email. For those who wish to access the forum, you need to enter the right email. After receive the verification email, kindly forward to me together with your name and unit no.

Upon receiving this info, only your account will be approved for activation. As you can see, my forum is subject to spammer attack. I cant determine the genuine registration based on the username. Your help is much appreciated.

Pedestrian walkway

All residents and walk in visitors are supposed to use the walkway located on the right side of the guard house with direction going in. All others way of entry of strongly not allowed. We're in the process of planning to modify the way of visitors registration. At the moment, there's not proper location for the said purposes.

Until the plan is materialized, please be reminder the right way of entry through the guard house.

Status of intercom system

Updated 2.4.2010!

Quite a no of units were detected having still a faulty intercom. Mr Suthagar will identify the units and forward to developer for further action. For those unit with failed system, kindly contact management office.


Latest news from developer:

Changkat View Condo intercom system on all four blocks is now in order. The system are tested with both way communication twice on 23/3/2010 on block C & D and 30/3/2010 on Block A & B . It is witnessed by Raine & Horne Mr. Suthagar.


Anyhow, units intercom still persist with problem, kindly inform management office to log a compliant.
