Car speeding

On few occasion, few drivers are speeding within Changkat View Condo compound. Luckily, no one was hurt so far.

It is totally unacceptable, as pedestrians walked from one place to another are exposed to the danger of being hit. The design of the road way are made in such a way where drivers need to slow down when driving toward the multistorey car park building. I was told, car sped especially near the entrance. So for pedestrians, watch out too.

To stop someone from speeding is not easy as traffic police are trying their best to solve this problem but to no avail. Recorded deaths are increasing every year.

Few suggestion were put up like putting the road hump or signage on driving slowly. But in the end, it was still the person's attitude willingness to change. Next time, when you saw someone driving fast, waive to them to slow down their car. If you are the fast driver, hope you get the message. Drive safely, drive slowly!

I agree, I have almost been hit twice due to such drivers when walking to the gym and pool. The only measure that I know to that slows ppl down is speedhumps. I personally dont like speed humps, but would much rather have the inconvenience of a speedhump than someone being hit due such reckless driving, b/c the likelihood of these drivers to stop speeding is extremely low.
Perhaps the committee should consider putting a few speedhumps in strategic points to curb this.

Sometime it's not the fault of the driver whose driving recklessly. I almost hit one lady who is walking in the middle of the road last night near the little roundabout while i wasn't even stepping on the accelerator. (Very very slow) Furthermore, that lady doesn't seems to care at all and still taking her own sweet time to walk in the middle of the road. please la.

I hv seen a few drivers speeding esp on the straight road after the guard hse towards the little roundabout... This is extremely dangerous for people walking/crossing the road to their cars or going to the gym/pool. I agree by putting up some speedhumps will help

Regardless of the speed of pedestrians, they have the priority and car drivers should be responsible enough to slow down. How many seconds are we gaining between the gate and the parking. Please la. Will it take a child sent to the hospital for people to slow down.
Licence plate, picture, post it. If it doesn't work we can ask the police to help us stay safe. This is unacceptable.

The rock designed road actually were used to deter car from speeding.
I'm agree to take down the car no plate who speed as a short term measures.
But i'm agreed too sometimes pedestrian also need to watch out for the car. Maybe because the resort style walkway makes them feel so relaxed moving around the CV. Both parties responsible for this.

I just wonder, what is the measurement consider as "speeding"? Traffic police do have the device to detect the speed, but how about us? So, by taking down the car plate number, how are we going to "judge" that car owner? No offense, just raise my concern.

Besides, I saw one of the JMB committee driving quite fast within CV compound, I'm not sure is it consider "speeding", as I do feel that is too fast.
