If you guys noticed, starting this month, the maintenance fee plus sinking fund is reduced to RM 220. Those who made payment earlier can expects the adjustment will be done accordingly next month.
The credit term also being extended to 14 days from previous of 7 days. I'll keep posting on the updates and hopefully more good new for you all.

Thanks for the good news... hopefully it will be further reduced once the occupancy rate goes up...
