Finally the vp for Block C Changkat View Condo will release soon. Actually i thought they can do it fast, but...
As for the details, the developer will send out the letter to the bank to advise for final disbursement (hope they do it asap). But tip off indicate they will delayed to next week. For those who have clear off their payment, most likely will get their key by next week. If they send out this week, then we can expect much more earlier. So, everythin is wholly dependin on developer. Just pray that everything goes smoothly. No more delay in the process.
I'm excited just like you all here as the long wait is gone. So, get ready to kick start your reno and move-in plan. For those who believe in choosing good date, make sure you get the right person to select the "Wong" date to initiate the ground breaking and move in to your home sweet home.
In few days time, I'll give out more information relevant to you all. You may refer to previous post for more information on the topics.
Last but not the least, say the prayers that you will get a defect free unit. Till to get the VP, stay connected for more updates!

Thanks for the updates on block C. However, this morning, i called the management office and was informed that the CF is not ready yet!
Appreciate if you could confirm this. may i know from where did you obtain your info.

Thanks for the info. However, i wonder why does the management saying that the CF has not been issued by DBKL. The project manager said that DBKL has approved bu tnot issued the CF yet. I am totally confused a sto the status of the CF. There should be more transparency by the management.

From what I understand, vacant possession (VP) letter will be mail out by next week. Here, we must clear the functionality of VP. VP is the purpose to allow the developer in collecting remaining 10-20% of loan disbursement from the bank. In return, the buyer will get a key and can do the inspection for the respective units (within the stipulated period). But the buyers still prohibit either move-in or do renovation works until getting the CF or Temporary CF (TCF). The VP is issued by the developer not local authority and the issuance is based on third party evaluation on the safety for occupants. The actual facts, the CF which will be issue by local authority (DBKL) will takes some more times. But based on the case of Block B, the CF issued within the period of processing payment of final disbursement unlike Block A which got TCF b4 getting actual CF. In summary, still have to wait at least until mid April to have full clearance for occupancy.Guys, plse correct if I'm wrong.
There's changes to the plan. You can noticed in the post. Apparently, they delaying the sending of the letter to next week. It will take some time for the bank to process normally around 1 week. The process is well described by Qief.
You may call the developer office for information but not the CV management office.
