VP for Block C! Not yet. No official news yet.
But dear Block C owners, I'm sure this moment will not be long.
For the 24 hours hot line, guards said still in use. Let me check back with the management office. Will get back to you all.
In the mean time, I will continue to post up the updates especially the VP for Block C.

omg im running out of patience already!!!! called one of the salesmen asking abt block c keys handover, he said will get his admin to send letters to the banks for settlement. i dunno how long this is gonna take nor i can believe what this salesman said. full of shitsssssssssssssss
Seriously, is quite difficult to estimate the time needed for settling the neccesary procedure, for instance the bank release the final disbursement. Maybe u can check back with the bank whether they have receive the letter asking for disbursement and ensure they do it asap. i know few banks quite slow in doing this. It will definitely delay the process of VP.
VP is under purview DBKL, developer should follow-up closely & provide info with factual to the buyers.Upon getting VP, the developer should handover the key to the buyer. By holding the hse key until final disbursement received frm the bank, I don't think it's fair to the buyer. Just matter a time, the developer will receive the final amount. Logically the banks also want to expedite release the whole sum, more revenue!!!!!

I think developer plays safely on this issues. Who knows suddenly bank decided not to release the money but key already pass over to owner. As Qief said, they wan more revenue, so try to push them further.
