Just saw this notice released by the management where it's stated that all the visitor's cars are only allow to enter our condo from 8am to 12am. And the car park is at the level 4.
I think this ruling is totally unacceptable. Where the visitor can park their car if they plan to stay overnight? Dont think they get the consent from the owners.
And about the SMATV, both Block A and B suffered the same fate. For those who didnt subscribe to Astro will end up just like me, no more TV. Sleep early!

Hi AL, the ruling is actually not new, it has been posted on the notice board since end last year but I don't think it is strictly enforced as I do see visitor cars being parked overnight and visitors coming in at 2am. Anyway, more important is how they manage the security :). Astro services was also down in Block A last Sat evening but I must say, they fixed it quite promptly (especially since it was after hours).
just my 2 cents, I think visitors should be allowed in overnight. As long as the visitor is registered correctly, and the resident is called to verify the visitor then should be ok...
I'm staying in Block A. Can't even get decent TV signal through the SMATV ever since I moved in.
i do agree with anonymous..... i am in block b and haven't been able to get a good signal through the smatv.... what a pity......

(1) Sorry think I didn't make it clear, the ruling just regulates the timing the visitor cars can enter the condo, hence visitors can still parked overnight...as long as they enter before 12am. But as I said,I noticed that they do let visitors' cars in, eventhough if it is not within the stipulated time.
(2)On the SMATV, I am also staying in block A and yes, reception is horrid (not sure if only a few units have that prob), hence I subscribe to Astro :) I complained to Management Office many months ago and back then Zamri said they can help to rectify it but since I'd decided on Astro, I didn't follow up anymore. Perhaps it's worth a shot?
I worried tat's inconsistency in carry out this ruling. Not sure how to tell our visitor whether they're allow to park if after 12 am. Maybe someone with visitor can comment on this. For the tv reception, block a problem solved? I know my unit still cant get good signal.
hi i am from block b. the signal level for the tv is always not good enuff to view properly on certain channels. these is always noise (fuzziness) in channels.
The adjuster is already here to review the defect. So, hope that the contractor can fix the problem by next week.
