Improper security services

As you observed, the service provided by the security guard is not getting any better.

In fact, i sensed that many of us not happy with it. This is true that many of them, found to be always busy on their phone. A concerned owner expressed her view on the work attitude given by the guards not up to the standard.

Though this problem coming from the minority of the guard but do really hope all of them can maintain high level of profesionalism and provide good service to owner here. Our guest will definitely judge how good our investment we poured in based on the first step they got in CV gate guarded by our frontliner.

Wait till the next AGM, most probably we cant do much here.

I totally agree with you. Another thing to bring up is at the main guard house, visitors should not be allowed to enter unless the guard inform and page the residents before hand. If not what is the main purpose of having the intercom in every unit? Every month we pay maintenance fee for what?

Has the AGM been confirmed? If yes, the CV management should put up a notice to inform everyone.

I'm afraid whereby the management chicken out last minute and says wait for block C resident all together.

Block A resident has been staying in CV for over a year and Block B resident has been staying more than 6 months. It is unfair that we keep paying maintenance every month with hearing our complaints.

Compare to Sutramas, they will be having their 11th JMB meeting.

At the moment, AGM has been delayed to either end of the month or early march. Not confirmed date yet.

I do hope that we can have the AGM asap with more residents joining to ensure a lot of the pending issues can be channeled to the right person or at least carried more weight to the developer.
There's no nonsence business when come to maintaining our condo.

Till then, we keep your eyes wide open and play our role well as good resident.

As another owner/resident, i too find the security extremely lax. Visitors are allowed to enter without paging the owner. Quite frequently the security guards open the boom gate for me even before I get the chance to get my touch card out. I personally dont like this, whether they recognize me or not, they should let me open with me pass card, thats what it is for. I believe security procedures need to be clarified (if not clear already) and the security company monitored on its ability to follow these procedures. I dont think we should compromise our security for the sake of convenience. I too look forward to hearing the date of the AGM.
