Just got the news that the appointment for this saturday is full. There are 12 units will had their faulty intercom serviced.
For those who had earlier submit your name but was not in the list this week have to wait for the next apointment. Certainly is very frustrating especially this issue have been dragging for quite sometimes.
The date will announce soon and you will be notified by them.

As for intercom, my client is the new contractor engage by Plenitude to rectify the system. I was told that the NSC was not paid or paid fully by the main con therefore they are not willing to come and rectify. The new contractor have found that the power supply and some minor parts are faulty and submitted the repair cost to Plenitude. The new contractor is waiting confirmation from Plenitude now.
