For those who had earlier submit your name but was not in the list this week have to wait for the next apointment. Certainly is very frustrating especially this issue have been dragging for quite sometimes.

Specifically for New owner
After getting the news that the Block C owners finally will get their keys (in weeks time), makes me recalled back when i first received my keys, after so many months of waiting.
Indeed, so excited i am after the tedius planning and deciding the design for my unit and sourcing for renovation contractor. Finally it comes...
But at that time, i wasn't sure what i supposed to do in order to get all the things done as fast as possible so that i can move in as plan. Luckily, few person i met was more than willing to share and quite a numbers of forum also provided good insight and valuable information on the things i can expect and what to expect.
So, for the benefit of the new owners, i plan to provide some useful informations, hopefully it can acts as a reference to you all on the things to do before/after and also share on the things you should aware of.
I'm also calling the existing owner to give input on the matter and share it to our new neighbours. Following are the few topics i plan to share:
1) Hand over key, what to do first
2) How, What, When, Who and Where on Checking defect
3) Renovation-For Owner the Do and Don't
4) Shifting house or Transport Furniture- Things you need to know.
It definitely a moment of joy with all the plan and work you carry out on your home sweet home. But still your perfect plan must be executed nicely so you can somehow avoid the unavoidable issues and most importantly, to move on the right track.

Sport recreation In Changkat View Condo
I'm sure a lot of us awared that we have quite a numbers of sport facililties provided within our compound. It is free of charged for the owners. Nevertheless, the owners need to register themselves for the use of the facilities.
Swimming pool and Gymnasium:
Need to write down your particular on the record book provided. If the gym room is locked, you may get the key from the guard house.
Badminton and tennis court:
Need to pre book the time with management office during office hours. Just need to inform your unit number. May use the court up to 11 pm everyday.
You may see more joggers in the morning as well as evenig time around Dutamas area. It reflects that our area still very much safe compared to other area. You also may choose to jog around Changkat View Condo compound if security is an issues to you. But need to be careful on the cars moving in and out.
Get around more people to carry out the physical activities. More healthy a confirmed fact and in such a ways, you can build better realtionship with your neighbour and friends.
Let me have a firm grip of the badminton racquet first before i join you all for a game or two.

Block C hand over and AGM
It is expected Block C will be handover by early march after inspection by relevant authorities.
For AGM, the plan is to include block C owners so the committee comprise of all Block A, B and C owners.
Till then, wait for the updates for the actual date.

Overview of Changkat View Condominium
Changkat View Condominium has 4 blocks of 26-storey condominiums of 199 units per block with a total of 796 units of condominiums. It is a freehold residential.
It is designed in such a way where each blocked is well spaced for privacy. All units is a corner unit with natural ventilation and light. I think most of you have to agree with me, the biggest attraction is the price. We know that nearby area for most units are going for 400 psf. So, for this location it is currently cost around 240 psf and is still a lower entry to this area.
Location

Improper security services
As you observed, the service provided by the security guard is not getting any better.
In fact, i sensed that many of us not happy with it. This is true that many of them, found to be always busy on their phone. A concerned owner expressed her view on the work attitude given by the guards not up to the standard.
Though this problem coming from the minority of the guard but do really hope all of them can maintain high level of profesionalism and provide good service to owner here. Our guest will definitely judge how good our investment we poured in based on the first step they got in CV gate guarded by our frontliner.
Wait till the next AGM, most probably we cant do much here.
