Great Blog - thumbs up for that. Iam one of the pround owner of parcel D16 -06 , and the progress has been pretty slow i wud say. may i know wots the percentage of its completion and by when i will expect it to be completed(recieve the Keys)approx ?

Expected to hand over end of this year. At the moment, i would say 70% done. Will try to post latest updates more frequently. Stay tuned!

i've already been billed 80% so it is nearing completion hopefully we'll get our guys by year end! and no CF delays like block C!

I'm the new owner of Block D with parcel of 18-07, my loan still not release yet, but received a letter that asking for progressive billing of up to 60%. BTW How much and what package you guys bought ur units.
I am an owner of 3A-06, eagerly waiting for completion. I was there 2 days back and happy to see that the building is already fully build up. My progress billing stands at 70% now
Welcome! For Block D, it seem that the progress is quite fast. I saw they're clearing the way out for tar road. Hopefully, everything as scheduled. Kindly register urself for the Changkat View Condo Forum.
Heard from the sales office that Block D will only be ready by December 2009
