Faulty Intercom persist

The contractor cant make it for today. So, for those who had made the appointment with the management for today must be so frustrated just like me. We just have to wait...

Nothing can be done at the moment.

This is the second time that the appointment has not been kept. On top of that we were not informed about it until we made a call to the office. Service level getting worse and worse.

Agreed that they should at least called the owners who made the booking for the service.

Is indeed a problem for those who purposely took leave to wait for them.

Lazy fat chick not working for the money. I have brought up the issue of transperancy very early in my dealings with them and it remains status quo. Zamri was more pleasant in dealing with customers as well. I will soon start a petition on the same day that we hold the joint meeting to get rid of useless staff hovering around the area. We pay for their salaries and if it is such a chore to do your own work then I recommend them to leave.
