JMB meeting postponed

New Entrance To Parking lot Building
For those who not awared, this is the entrance we're getting once the construction of Block D is done. Is situated on the level GA. So, i guess is a good news for those parked their car on the level GA and Level 1.

Faulty Intercom persist
The contractor cant make it for today. So, for those who had made the appointment with the management for today must be so frustrated just like me. We just have to wait...
Nothing can be done at the moment.

Annual General Meeting Changkat View Condo
All owners of Changkat View Condo,
Since the last unofficial meeting in 2008 for few of the owners, the plan of having the AGM soon may become reality.
With the consistent help of ChelsaFC, Kate, LSP, Faith and others and also the support of Mr Suthargar, we going to have the first ever AGM. Tentatively, the date will be 14 February 2009.
So, please mark down the date in your calendar. The notice will send to you soon. Or else, look out the updates from here!

Fire alarm triggered off at Block B
Recently, If u noticed the fire alarm triggered off quite frequently. For your information, Management has noted down the complaint and rectification works has been carried out to minimize the problem.
Nevertheless, more work needs to be done to ensure there's no more false alarm and the fire alarm always in good conditions. Our kind neighbour, "Faith" was following the issues and hopefully the problem can be resolve asap.
To the others, please be alert and kindly inform the management office if the same issue arises again.

DUKE highway
DUKE highway also know as Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway commenced their construction work in mid-2006. This project will takes 3 years for completion. It is actually scheduled to open on 1 Jan 2009.
But up to date only the JALAN DUTA-NKVE INTERCHANGE (aka Trumpet expressway stacked interchange) is ready for use. As we pass by Jalan Kuching, the construction works still continue for JALAN KUCHING INTERCHANGE as well as others interchange too. There are total fo 12 interchanges and 3 toll plazas.
For your information, this 18 km expressway will connects New Klang Valley Expressway's Jalan Duta Interchange to Taman Hillview Interchange on Middle Ring Road 2 in Ulu Klang.
Many owners was completely unaware of this project in the beginning, at least the direct impact to the unit facing the directions. It was reported that many of the affected owners of Prima Duta Condo was selling their unit below market price.
But at presence, this project had proven provide better connectivity and definitely, in future improve the travel time of us to the other part of KL.

Away from Dengue and Chikungunya!
I'm sure all of you aware that the death toll had increased to 108 ppl (up to last weeks) compared to 98 ppl only in year 2007. There're 7 cases reported in Tmn Bukit Maluri, Kepong which is very near to us. So please take note of the following information which is crutial in breaking the aedes life cycle.
1. Search and scrub Aedes from breeding in your home.
2. Wash and scrub flower pot plates and vases.
3. Dispose rubbish properly.
4. Put larvicide into stored water.
5. Keep your home and surroundings clean.

Broader pathway to car park
For those who owned the car park lot above level G may noticed the pathway going up is more broad. They have realised that its required a good driving skill to get to the car park lot. Gladly, they did it again for us the owners.

Water cut in Block B
Many of you awared that this was happened yesterday from noon to around 10.30 pm. Nobody knows what's the causes as no notice was given to the residents.
I can see that many of us including myself have to take the trouble to bath in the shower room at the pool side area.
I managed to get the security guard to obtain relevant information on this. Apparently, it was the distribution system having the difficulty to channel the water to individual unit.
Luckily its ended soon enough on the same day. With here, I would like to show my appreciation to Mr Suthagar for being there the whole day to solve the problem. I think somebody else could have not bothered and waited untill the next working day to see the problem.
But the question is, how could this occurs to a new building?
