These rules are not reasonable. For example, I wish to use the multipurpose hall for some event, I might invited 50 guests on public holiday, is it mean management can decline my request under this rule? How about playing badminton or tennis with friend on weekend, or even weekday when more than 2 guests? Same as well for barbeque pit, only 2 guests are allow? Frankly, this is ridiculous! But I do agree that for swimming pool, should restrict to 2 guest on weekday, as well as no guest during weekend, due to the "size" of our swimming pool!!!

I think this is unreasonable also. I have 4 nieces coming at the weekend. Should i ask them to take turn to swim. That's a no brain management come out with such rules. There are more things to be enforced. For example, forfeiture of the renovation deposit if you do not follow the guidelines when installing the grills and air-cond compressor. Can anyone ask the management how much the have we collected for the non compliant owners. We should use the fund for improvement.. There are illegal parking outside the box and i did not see it's being clamped.. What's the management is doing???

The recreational facilities are only open for guest from Mon to Friday. Except for swimming pool, it's open for guests all days (inclusive holiday). The restriction to 2 guests is just unreasonable.

The tennis court can used by guest from Mon-Fri (excluding holiday). If you are inviting your frens to play tennis at Changkat View, make sure he apply leave to come during office hours. Or you as the owner have to pay charges to use the court after 7pm. Weekend is not allowed for your guest. Basically, the management like you not to use the recreational facilities so that the maintenance cost is lower and while collecting same amount of the maintenance fees..
