Resident card is a must

U guys need not worry on the house rule and it is not as what you think. FYI, management does not follow the rules exactly as stipulated in the house rule. They do understand the implementation may causes hindrance to owners. But i don't understand why they come up with it in the first place. This is further explained whereby no owners/occupant are prohibited to utilise the facilities due to the said house rule. We would already have commented on that if the rules are implemented as it.

At the moment, management allows more than 2 guests to use the facilities. And the restriction on which day to use the facilities is also quite lenient. I have checked and confirmed with management.

But 1 thing for sure, all occupants must apply for the resident card in order to use the facilities. I do think all owners should heed the call to apply for the card. This will prevent non resident using the facilities within the premises.

Anyhow there's one thing for you to think about. Try to imagine, if 1 occupant bringing lots of guest at one time to use the facilities such as badminton court, swimming pool, tennis court and gym. I don't think fellow owners would have any chance to use the facilities. So, definitely it is not fair to others owners as we're entitled and given priority to the utilisation of the facilities. Agreed?

But, don't worry, this is just a wild guess and i don't think it will occur anytime soon at least until Block D handover. We will ensure the existing rules and regulation fit the current practice and ensure owners benefit from it most.

Can i know which exactly which rules can be lenient. Whatever i think is reasonable, someone else may think others. As long as there's no official communication to the residents, nobody can be convinced that the management is doing a good job.

Why every resident need a resident card for using facilities? If the security guard really doing their job well, and ensure all visitors are registered. I really got no idea why we need the resident card!

I agreed. They might as well restrict 2 guests are allowed to entered the premises per condominium. That will safeguard the facilities usage and fair usage of the facilities among all the owners and.

The objective is good but the solution is unreasonable. For someone is single and most of time no guest visiting her will definitely favour to this solution.

i totally agreed that if we improved on thhe security service, everything else will back in good order. i also agreed that management needs to further strengthen on their delivery services. Appreciate all the valuable feedback.

I back CV on Saturday night around 11pm, no security guard at Block B lobby. Then, I went out on the next day Sunday 6:30am, no security guard as well at Block B?

What happen? Where the guard? This keep happen, and lot complain from residents as well, but no further action taken! How long we need to wait for it to be solved? Some sort like more than 6 months as happen to our intercom?

Immediate action require on security guard, else, is it mean we as resident can stop paying for the portion that we used to pay for security management? As, we don't agree that they serve us well!

The security is sitting the swimming pool to register the resident for the usage of swimming pool all time long. wrong use of resource!

I back CV on Sunday 8pm, again, guard not appear at Bock B lobby. I purposely wait for 15 minutes, I saw the guard walk back from Block C. We hiring a guard just to walk around, so funny!

JMB, please do something IMMEDIATELY. I believe we had given few months of time for JMB to evaluate their services, as well as to make necessary decision whether we should get a new security company!

For your information,we have done the evaulation of their service. Obviously what kind of services they provided to us even after 3 reminder given to them needless to say it is quite straight forward. FYI, we're following the proper procedure listed in the contract to do what we supposed to do. The final decision will be revealed on the next meeting. As this matter required proper arrangement therefore various factors need to be taken into consideration before decision is made.

Guard at the pool area not only take care the registration purposes but also take care the multipurpose hall, gym room and overall the area around it.
