Pole erected (updated 6.8.09)

If you guys noticed, poles were erected at the entrance of the multistorey car park building replacing the bulky road divider. The purpose of the pole is to slow down the vehicle when entering the building.

And at the same time, poles were placed at the main entrance too. A pedestrian walkway can be seen now. Previously, there's no proper walkway for the pedestrian prompt me to think about this set up. Longer aluminium bar will replace the existing one.

Hopefully with this installation, guard can monitor better whoever walks in.If we have extra money later on, maybe a proper gate can replace the existing one.

Hi Moderator,
Thanks for the the update and the initiative. I did notice those poles for the pedestrians yesterday!
On a separate note, did you notice that the lighting for the signage had been shifted to the side but it is not properly done, ie it was basically dug out from the ground and now there is a ditch and a hole (the area where the light and wires were previously) at the front of the condo? Will the management rectify this? I am just concerned as it has been more than a week and no rectification work seemed to have taken place.

Hi Chardonnay,

Actually few owners including myself found out the glare frm the light especially when exit that time too strong. Tat why i discuss with Suthagar to adjust the position of the lighting. I think after tat the position was ok. Don worry, i already informed Suthagar to put back nicely.
