Warranty period of 18 months

Just to inform that especially the owner of unit in block B the warranty period is ending soon. If you received your key last year May, then it'll end Oct this year. It is started from the date of vacant possesion. Total warranty period is 18 months. If any defect you identified is due to work defect by developer, you can submit the complaint to them.

Now, they're residing in ground floor of Block C. Get the form and fill up. If i'm not mistaken, the current person in charged is En Khairol. Look up for any leaking especially the ceiling, piping in the bathroom or the defect in the main door installation. Dont forget!

The intercomm is still not working. Can I submit that as a defect?

Are u frm Block A? If yes, u may. But if you're frm block B, the situation is the same for all at the moment.

How about defects like crack marks on the wall?

I one resident from Block C, off course my unit still under warranty but I just wonder, what kinda defect that they will cover & which is not. Do you have the list of all of that. IF yes very appreciate that you can provide it to me. Thanks Mr. Moderator!!

I dont have the specific list for that purposes. But i can suggest you to look through the built up of your unit and look for any defect. The defect can range frm small crack, uneven tiling work to pipe leaking. I think almost everything u can write in the defect form. Of course more defect complaint meaning longer time to rectify it.
