After the successful launch of Verdana North Kiara, we saw another reputable developer jumping on the bandwagon. It is known that IJM owned a land behind Menara Duta 2 beside Changkat View. And this week, there's massive land clearing going on.

Based on the report available, IJM did proposed to build high-end luxury condominium. But due to the termination of the JV, possibly a new project will be taking in. At the moment, Jalan Dutamas Raya is the only road access serving few condominiums mainly Prima Duta, Prima Ria, Changkat View, Menara Duta 1& 2, Villa Makmur, Duta Ria, Sutramas, Anggunpuri, Mesra Terrace and Duta Ria. Not to forget, the popular French School which directly increase the density of population in this area.
And in the next couple of years, more condo will be built and includes recent launched Verdana which will ready in 2013-2014. Though there's plan by DBKL to link Jalan Segambut to Jalan Kiara 3 and my personal view is that, an increased of traffic will gonna further increased the congestion issue in Dutamas. I tried to search for more information regarding this project but to no avail. I hope they review this project by building townhouse, villa or probably less densed condo. Anyone with info, do share.

this project will be undertaken by BCB property developer group listed in KLSE Mainboard to build high-end condominum and the price would be 600 above psf. BCB group with good track record in properties development in johor.

It's BCB project. To make way for the million ringgit property for BCB's units, the rubbish site for Menara Duta 2 has been demolish and willl be relocated. The rubbish site near the guard house of CV will also be relocated? Never heard of the news from JMB or mgmnt office. Where will they relocate CV's rubbish site?

Concerto Kiara top management had approached us to discuss and proposed the possibility of relocate the entrance of the refuse chamber. Since the discussion still on going, therefore, It's incovenient for me to reveal anything just yet as everything still pending.
But to assure you guys, we're doing anything we could to safeguard our interest.
Thanks for the heads up.. by right, we don't hv to do anything right? But as a sign of considerate neighbours and goodwill, I believe JMB is trying to consider at the same time safe guard our interest . If there is a mutual solution to this, hope that JMB/mgmnt asks BCB for a favour in return. The favour could be the glass lift lobby , or upgrade guard house, linear fountain/waterfall at guardhouse entrance like MK pines or whatever that would be significant to CV residents..
Hi..I would like to know if CVC management has any plans to complaint to DBKL or any other party regards to the noise pollution from Concerto's ongoing construction? It starts very early in the morn until very late at nights. This creates stressful living environment to the residence here. Please do something about this....thanks!
