Besides the on going project of Matrade by NAZA and Solaris Dutamas, I heard rumours Sunway is in the process acquiring a land somewhere near the Kompleks Kerajaan. Anyone can verify this? I got this information from here. If it's true, we would expect billion of investment pouring in around Dutamas in the next 5 years.
And i think there's another development going to take off soon. It is situated between ICON Mont Kiara and Kensington Park, see here. Tips? Previous rumor was saying an interchange will be built. Was it still in the process of some other residential/commercial project in the pipeline?

the naza project is to build condo and convention centre. its not a matrade project. the land belongs to miti, matrade is the agencies. also heard som rumuors that the current lhdn buidling with be sold for development.
