Post AGM results

This year saw lesser owners register as voter. This could be due to government school holiday and Father's day celebration which ended on Sunday. Anyhow, those presence carried out their duty well and thanks to those volunteer who stands for the committee members.

Committee members for session 2010/2011, consists of owners from unit of block A, B , C and D which is the ideal distribution whereby each block was represented by the resident of the block. There're total of 10 members were choosen during the AGM but it is proposed that to have 12 members. This new team is lead by Mr Ajitpal Singh who was the previous treasurer on session 2009/2010. The selection of the treasurer and secretary will be further discussed internally and will be made public soon.

Last but not the least, let's wish them the best of luck and hope all residents work hand in hand and together we create a better environment to live in.

Good day...
I'm a bit disapointed with the recent AGM. I'm the resident of Changkat View and yet not allowed to witness the AGM. Although the hse is under my wife's name but still I'm the owner of the hse. I hope in future this policies should be flexible to allowe all the resident to participate.

I fully agree with Poo's comment as I was also in the same predicament. Though my daughter is the registered owner and working abroad,we as parents are staying in CV. We can accept the fact that we will not have the voting rights. However,we should have been allowed to participate as observers at the AGM since whatever happens in CV affect our daily lives too. This was allowed during the first AGM last year but sadly the management has decided otherwise this time round. Instead of progressing, they seem to be regressing. Not surprised that the turnout was less than the year before. Utterly disappointing.
