I'm sure all residents should have received the notification form for the repairing of intercom system. Management office is in the process of getting the suitable time from resident to allow contractor to access your unit. Kindly fill up the form and return to the suggestion box located at your respective block or straight to the management office. You will be notified on the confirmed appointment before May 15th 2010.

Appreciate if all forms concerning Changkat View is available in softcopy. Sometimes, tenants couldn't be bothered about issues on CV but owners do.
Suggest that management provide email and website so we can contact them.
Management actually in the trial run in making all transaction on line. Untill the updates from them, i think we have to stick to the conventional way of dealing with them.
I totally agree with you that most tenant could not be bothered on the major issues.
