happy that the system is finally up, on the other had sad because the guards are not making full use of it to call residents & let them know there is visitors. instead they just let them in like nobody's business.

i don agree with u. All the guards were given instruction to start using the system when neccesary including calling the owner. Unless ur unit still gt problem, u may proceed to management office for assistance.

mr moderator, i believe i am not the first one nor the last so talk about this. i believe if u were to start a pool on this with the residents of cv, many residents wont agree with you.

If u're resident, u should know developer is trying their best to solve the problem. FYI, the system was down previously and hence guard was not able to use it. Of course when the system is up, definitely they have to use it.

I agreed what nuthing but said...I have been staying in block A more than 2 years. I got only called up once when there's visitor for me. And that was 2 years ago. The intercom has been faulty, fixed and faulty again many many times. I dont even know when it was fixed or became faulty after few weeks or months. The developer is just doing a bad bad job on this matter why can they get this fixed once and for all.

On the intercom system, i do agree with u guys. I'm kind of disappointed too. After all the follow up job and make sure the contractor rectify it but some how the result is not acceptable. Anyhow, will follow up again with management office to see what's their next course of action.

mr moderator, finally we are in the same page! what took you so long? how many times have this 'intercom-in-progress-end-result-still dissapointing' been repeatedly done? how long more do we have to wait? is it worth every single cents that we are paying for maintenance? if i were you, i would get a third party opinion and see what do they have to say. sticking to one contractor for 2 years i think its enuff.

The problem is not with which contractor we choose to fix the problem. Is about the set up of the system. So far, developer still responsible for all the problem crop up to the system. Management office did engaged third party to give second opinion but still have to refer back to developer for the rectification as they still cover the costfor the work done.

mr moderator says mr developer is responsible for it. now we 'residents' will see how much longer will it take mr developer + jmb to resolve this issue. fyi. i have been staying here for quite sometime, every other month you will see colourful a4 notices stating that intercom has 'died' due to connection, reconnecting to new block, etc, etc... i feel the frustrations, what more to people who have moved in even way much earlier than i do?

well let's just wait and see how long more does this 'long overdue' issue is going to be resolve.
