Second outdoor bench

Second outdoor bench already put in place. Now at least 2 different group of residents can BBQing with proper facilities provided.

We plan to lease out the room we used for JMB meeting. It is located in front of the prayer room near the ladies at the pool side. Based on the size of the room which comes with attached bathroom, any activities which does not required big space like hair salon, private tuition, tailor shop and etc are suitable. The size is approximately 400sf. As for our monthly JMB meeting, we'll use the smaller room next to it.
Comes with your proposal and we'll work thing out!

Perspex for lift button

Vandalism is one of the issue that never goes ending. To combat this activities, a perspex was installed at lift in Block B. The missing button will be replaced next week.

Road hump laid

As you can see, these 2 road humps (at the exit of the multistorey car park) were up yesterday. I'm sure this will deter to those who like to speed within the CV compound.

Proper Signage is up

It was fixed yesterday and the size i think is big enough that you cant miss. Remember, visitors have to use the right lane which nearer to the guard house. For residents with valid access card, is left but you may want to use the right lane too in case it is too congested at certain point of time. Next upgrading work will be the road hump along the road from the second exit at car park building all the way to guard house.

Access Card Reader Device

The device is already up and running well at the main entrance. Only thing that pending is the proper signage. Maybe owners not awared that actually we're allowed to enter using both lane. The existing reader at the left lane will be permanent.

And visitors are supposed to use the right lane. Let's wait untill end of this week to see everything done properly.
