Block D VP
Almost everybody knew the news on the VP. The letter was out to all the block D owners. Hopefully by coming week, owners will be officially notified. Liase with your bank on the disbursement of loan money.
It is estimated that as early as 4th Feb, owners of block D will start moving in. Plan well so that you can celebrate CNY in your new home sweet home.

Block D- vacant possession?
Many of you received the info confirmed vp for block D. Based on my previous experienced with block C, unless plenitude starts sending letter, I'll still on hold before I spread the news. But anyhow, we should expecting this day to come very soon.
I'm sure many of you had plan your reno and deco. So, maybe i can put forward some useful info for u guys on wat to expect in weeks to come especially upon u receive the keys. I created the link under vacant possession. U will get some relevant info as following:

Intercom for block B is up again.
As for now, the contractor managed to bring up the intercom for Block B back to functioning. We got to observe whether this rectification is permanent. Till then, you may start calling the guard house instead of running down to the entrance.
