just wondering why the 23A floor is cheaper than the 18th floor unit? doesn't seem to make sense. also, i just found out that this developer only gives 2 months from date of SPA signing to receipt of monies for the progress billing (close to 80% now), which hardly gives a normal person enough time to get a loan in place. Banks usually tell you they need 3 months to get the loan in place so you likely will get hit by the late payment charge. its definitely a concern, as most of the time SPAs give 3 months. I went last month, they had about 10 units left? and now there's 7 still. i suppose a unit a week is good?
