New Security Company

Good news from JMB,

We have finally manage to meet the tenants CV request for change to better security guards.

As such, we have made that change and effective 21st October 2009, DU Security will no longer be serving Changkat View Condominium. They will be replaced by Sebiro Securities who will take office full team by 1st November 2009.

In the interim, Sebiro has provided us 5 guards for day and night shift including a supervisor untill 1st November where we will have 8 day guards and 7 night guards.

Please do take note.

Thank you.

Hi,
(1)I notice that they appear to be more alert and competent, for example I saw them asking a person who was walking-in with a bag one morning.
(2) However, the past 1 week, I had visitors and I noticed that they did not intercom me before hand.
(3) A friend who also stays in CV noted that they let visitor on motorbikes in without checking of any ID.

Think we need to give this feedback whilst they are new, so that they can start improving very quickly.

FYI, there're guards just arrived 1 Nov. In term of work procedure, they still required some time to adjust themselve. We'll monitor them frm time to time. As for you guys, keep an eye on them too. tq for your kind co-operation.

i got few questions in mind, hopefully somebody can help me

a) should i ask management to paint/mark my parking spot with my vehicle registration number once i move in?

b) if i dont, should i been blame if somebody park at my spot?

or

c) if somebody park at my spot & i raise a complaint who will be penalize or who will get benefit from it?

d) what happen if our relative came & park at somebody spot, will they been penalize for it-even its 1st time?

thats all for now
