Pending issues

Following are the issues raised up by owners of Changkat View Condo. Most of it still pending.

1. Maintainance fees & sinking fund - to revise it lower once occupancy increases with more block, & provide breakdowns/itemised billing
2. To seperate residents' entrance with visitors and contractors, and install card reader at the left lane of entrance.
3. Standardize of colour for metal grill - to review choice of colour & rationale
4. TM fixed line - Management to take the initiative to engage TM
5. Better security - lift access card for individual floor, glass door at lift lobby with access card, more CCTVs, etc.
6. Centralised water filter at point-of-entry for all the whole CV project, or filter system at point-of-entry for each individual block.
7. Lifts - Not user friendly, long waiting time. Suggest to reprogramme the lift system.
8. Error in floor numbering in the lifts - 4, 14 & 24.
9. Intercom to guardhouse not functioning properly for some units.
10. Condo management to screen tenants before owners can rent out their units.
11. Bad smell from toilet water traps when water rushes through.
12. Review the reasonableness of charging rental for usage of facitilies, eg Multi Purpose Hall.
13. Wider awning coverage from guard house to all locations within CV.
14. To improve Security Services - employ Gurkha guards
15. Seeking assistance of security and management to ensure that cars driving out of CV do not follow main entrance route (towards water fountain) to exit - All cars should follow the arrows clearly indicating proper exit route, i.e. pass the main clubhouse... common sense la people...

I found that the lighting inside the cover parking is not bright enough. Maybe we can request to add more lighting points inside the cover parking.
